Whilst we endeavour to make sure that you are happy with everything you purchase from K9 Comfort Accessories, we do understand that sometimes you might not be 100% satisfied. In these instances, we offer a full refund under the following conditions:
– You contact us and return the product within 30 days of purchasing it from us.
– We will send you a return label so the goods can be sent back to us
– The products are returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged, with all instruction/owner manuals, warranty card and any other accessories, remote control and/or power cords that came with the product.
– A full refund, including shipping costs, will be issued to you. It will be paid by us within 48hrs of receiving the returned goods.
Please note that K9 Comfort and Accessories reserves the right to:
– Assess the product upon return prior to carrying out refund or exchange; and/or
– Refer the product to the manufacturer of the goods for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to a refund or exchange;

What happens after 30 days?
If you decide to return your product after the 30 day return period, we can only offer an exchange or a credit to yourK9 Comfort Accessories account. Full refunds no longer apply, and K9 Comfort Accessories is not responsible for any shipping or handling fees.
What if the product is damaged when I receive it?
If you can see any damage to your product when it arrives, simply contact our team on 040490902298 and we will arrange a return label and replacement product to be sent to you as soon as possible.
